Never received purchase
What do you do if you purchased an item and never received it and the seller is just barely responding in a very generic way. I think I was scammed and eBay assured me I would be covered. The refund was supposed to be back in my account no later than today and there is nothing there!! I am extremely upset!

If you filed a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, and the seller did not cooperated, you can return to your Refund Request and have Ebay step in to help you.
