Never received payout
I sold an item on eBay. I have sold many times and purchased as well. The money was never sent to my bank on 7/15/25. Bank has no record and I can’t get help from eBay virtual assistant. No email reply. So am I just out of my money, if so I will not be selling on this app anymore.

Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin - click on the payout. Each payout has a transaction ID. Call your bank and ask them to track that transaction.
If they have no record of it, which is highly unlikely, go back to your payment account and use the ? in the lower right corner to request a call from a payment specialist.
