Never Received my Refund

I purchased an item along with the Allstate warranty, but the item was delivered broken and the seller agreed to take it back. I got on the Allstate website and submitted a request for a refund and they had me cancel the warranty and send me a refund. I received a message from eBay that said the refund was on it's way and by then the seller had finally sent me a shipping label to send the item back.

I never received the refund for the warranty and now I see that I'm getting both a refund for the warranty and the item at the same time. It looks like eBay held my Allstate warranty refund so they could refund both at the same time. My refund for the item I bought shows that it was refunded on the 26th along with the warranty refund.

The issue is, I don't have a refund, yet! It's now Saturday the 30th and I have not received a refund for either my warranty or the item I bought.

I should have received the refund for the warranty a long time ago and after four days after receiving a message from eBay that they had refunded my money for both the item I bought and the warranty, I have not received nothing.

Now I'm worried! I bought an item on eBay along with a warranty for it, and it was delivered broken. I just want my money back for both and I received nothing. I've been trying to reach somebody at eBay and all I get are articles and no phone number or contact email. All I've received is a message from eBay saying that they have refunded my money but I've received nothing. Can anybody help me!

I've been trying to do that and every option I choose takes me back around to the same response. No real person, no phone number, no email, no nothing.

Your link takes me to a page that has "Contact US" on the left and underneath it a link that says "Chat with our automated assistant". When I click this link it opens up a chat and it asks for me to "in a few words, tell me how I can I help". I've tried this to many times and everytime I get sent to another bot, article, or link to all items I've purchased and then from there, it starts over again. No matter what I try, I cannot get somebody to call me, or have a real person enter the chat. I don't know what else to do!
