Never received my order

Question

Hey everyone I ordered an item since November 28th and never got the item and I am trying to get eBay customer service number but impossible and Iâ€™m going back and forth with seller to get my order or refund. Does anyone has a direct number where to reach eBay? If anyone can help I will appreciated

@tier_3390 . Did you file a not received refund request? Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back. Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay so don't delay. An eBay agent cannot extend the 30 days limit.
