never received my order.

Question

My order has not arrived. was estimated to be delivered 4/8 -4/10/24. has be charged on my credit card.seller can not be reached. what can be done?

This purchase is not showing up in the purchase history. When I click on tracking order...it dosn't even show up. When i click on seller name, it doesn't even recognize it. It did show up on my credit card statement. Original order said he would get to me between 4/8 - 4/10/2024. Any other suggestions?

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
