Never received my money back for shipping labels

Question

I need help… I don’t know who to contact since eBay doesn’t have a phone number to call and speak with someone but I accidentally requested multiple shipping labels and have not been refunded any of them! How can I get my money back?

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Hi @yng964 Did you cancel all of the shipping labels you somehow purchased accidentally? If you did … then you will be refunded by USPS in 2-4 weeks. If you didn’t cancel them … then do it ASAP. We have 28 to cancel an unused shipping label.

Did you put in void requests for all of them? If not you only have 28 days to put in cancel/void requests.
If you have put in requests then it takes close to a month to get refunded for them.
