Never received my item once again, and no refunds, ebay lets the post office steal my order.
Now I get no refund, I never received the item.. this has happen to me more then once. I want my refund
Once again. You can't talk to anyone. So they just act like this never happen.. this happen every year.. who is running ebay a computer, because never have anyone ever called in like 5 years.. never

Mentor2 years agoIf you don't report it, no one knows you didn't receive your item. There is a link to eBay's Money Back Guarantee on every listing.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
