Never received my item bad behaviour from seller.
I ordered an item a few months ago and never received it I have been trying to contact the seller since then continually asking when my order will arrive / and asking for a refund They haven’t been replying!! And are Completely ignoring my messages/emails this seller is from the Phillipines and I feel like they’re giving me the run around it’s simply disgusting behaviour towards a customer.
i don’t understand how EBay would allow this seller to treat a customer this way.
I Ihave also tried to contact eBay with help but there hasn’t been any resolve!!

Did you file a Refund Request within 30 days from the estimated date of delivery?
Also, this is the Ebay U.S. site. Since you are located in Australia, you will need to use the Ebay Australia site to seek assistance.

ws found whixh is such nonsense..the issue is that this seller isn’t replying to my emails it’s so frustrating and unbelievably rude and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with i don’t know how much more I can
do!! I would like to contact eBay directly but there’s hi option for thst I will be unsubscribing from eBay.

As I already stated, you had 30 days from estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request, and then you could have asked for Ebay to step in to help you 4 business days after you filed the Request.
Since this took place "a few months" ago, it is too late for Ebay to help you. File a case on Paypal or contact your credit card company.
Futhermore, you need to use the Ebay Australia website as I also stated previously.

bad behaviour from the seller!
i will be closing my Account .
