Never received my item and ebay refuses to help. What can I do?
Hi all. I'm desperately angry because I never received an item I bought. Ups tack says they delivered correctly but I never received my item. The picture they provide is not my apparent and it not even in my building/condo ( because it's completely different). Ups says I cannot open a claim as a buyer but the seller can and must do it. I have told this 1000 times to the seller and he refuses to open a claim saying they cannot do it. Now Ebay, they don't care. They only say they cannot do anything because the seller provided a tracking number that says it was delivered correctly. Also, they say I should contact the seller for assistance. They don't care I told them again 1000 times that they refuses to help. Also I cannot longer call an Ebay agent , it's impossible. They never transfer you to one, they always say by phone that help is online but it's impossible. I don't know what to do. They expect me to be fine loosing my money and giving up.
