Never received my item.
Hi I was supposed to have an item I purchased delivered to my house Aug 2. Here it is Aug 27 and I still haven’t gotten my package. I was just told by Ups that the tracking number they provided me with was to a Humble Pharmacy. I’m now bout to get me a lawyer. And I will order anything else from EBay ever again. I’m deleting my account today.

·2 years agoGet a letter from USPS stating that the package with that tracking number was not address to you, but a business near you.
File mail fraud with USPS.
Now, go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
They'll close the case because tracking shows it was delivered.
Use the letter from USPS and the mail fraud report to appeal the item not received case.
