Never received item and I would like ebay to step in but can't find the links needed under Purchased
I purchased a wedding gown I am in love with but today is the latest arrival date and seller hasn't even shipped it yet and hasn't responded to any of my messages. I don't really want my money back because I still want the item. I read that ebay with step in if I go to Purchases, select the item, select "See Request details" then select "ask ebay to step in and help." However the only thing I see under Purchases is "View Order Details" so I cannot seem to get help. I tried chatting with ebay but it's automated responses that just direct me back to "See Request details." Anybody have any suggestions?

Mentor3 years agoFirst you need to open an "item not received" case -- you can do that after the last estimated delivery date has passed. Then the seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If not, then you can ask eBay to step in.
