Never received item
I bought hotwheels from a seller and got the wrong item, I contacted the seller and he said he would have it fixed and that I would get what I ordered and never contacted me again. I don’t know what to do

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller has not sent you the correct item in a reasonable length of time, you can do the following:
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
