Never received item
I purchase a items from ebay. when I purchase the items I was not log into my ebay account. It's been almost 2 months now (October 31, 2022) and I have not received item it's now December 12, 2022. I got in touch with the seller and the shipping company that they use (coming from China to the USA) the shipping company provided me a USA tracking number. I tried to report it to ebay. There making me to register a new ebay account and there was no option to log into my account. Since the order number and item number could not be found. I do have the receipt from ebay.

Ebay has a special procedure for problems after buying as a guest. Opening an account was not necessary.

OP3 years agoStill working on it. Bank could not dispute it. I fought with the International and domestic shipping company. I had to create a new ebay account so I can link it and now I requested a refund through ebay. For some reason it keep asking for me to create a new ebay account. There was no option for my to log into my existing ebay account. Ebay need to work on getting this resolve.
It's been a roller coaster and hopefully it will get resolved.
