Never received item
I am just trying to get a refund. My item did not arrive. I have tried to contact the seller and it won't let me. They took the money out of my account and that was it. I can't even find where I purchased the item. It doesn't show up. Help!!

You can find the purchase in your Orders/Purchase history on your My ebay page. There is a default setting to show only items purchased in the [ last 60 days v ] but you can expand the time frame by clicking on that. Once you find the listing click on the Order details button, if the last estimated delivery date has passed by less than 30 days, you can go back to the purchase history and click on the More actions button, select return item, which opens a drop down menu, select I haven't received it from the menu and follow through to file the Item Not Received (INR) dispute. The seller will have 3 days to either prove the item was delivered by showing a tracking number that has a delivered scan, or to refund you. If they do not respond or make excuses on day 4 go back to your my ebay page look under Returns open the dispute and you should see an Ask ebay to step in button, click on it and a refund will be issued from the seller's account.

OP8 months agoWhen I go to my purchase history it doesn't show up. You can't even see where I purchased it. The money was taken out of my account on the 12th of January. I purchased the item on the 9th. It was supposed to be here this past Saturday but never arrived. It doesn't even show it was shipped. No tracking number. I requested the order be cancelled but they denied it. Said item was due the 17th which was Saturday. I received that email this morning the 19th. I was able to finally contact the seller but haven't heard back.
