Never received correct item

I am an item and the seller sent the wrong one. I contacted the seller about the issue and the seller stated that they will ship the correct item. Itâ€™s been over six months and I tried to contact EBay about getting a refund but my missing item is not shown on the list. What can I do? Please help . Thanks

Sorry to say that you let too much time go by for Ebay to help you. Ebay's Money Back Gurantee is valid for 30 days from date of delivery.

The seller replied quickly and said the item is on the way. Then 6 months later nothing. Donâ€™t know how else to deal with this issue

You had only 30 days from estimated date of delivery to file the Refund Request through Ebays Money Back Guarantee.
