Never received an order placed in September 2023. Shows shipped but shows never delivered.
Hello, I have been trying to get to a real person on Ebay regarding an order I placed in September 2023. It was from another country so I knew it would take a long time to come. Just realized I have never received it. I looked on line at my order and it shows it shipped, but also shows never delivered. I tried to contact the seller, but it just keeps saying there is a problem and I cannot contact them. When I have tried to go to Ebay through the Help/contact it asks me to search by order number. When I put in the order number it says there is no such order and yet it clearly shows in my order history. How do I get in touch with a real person for help on Ebay?

·2 years agoYou had 30 days from the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid to file under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Check your order confirmation email for that date. Unless that was after early February it is too late and a "real person" at eBay cannot do anything for you.
It is also too late to file with PayPal (180 days from payment). You can check with your credit card issuer to see their time limits.
