never received an order i paid for

Question

I ordered an item as a guest it says it was delivered but I never received it. reached out to seller and they have not responded . Frustrated how do I handle this I've reached out to ebay again no response

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so for help with a guest purchase you must sign out of your current eBay account and use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay.
