Never received an item I bought some months ago
Summary: jocip27 is facing an issue with a purchase made months ago that has yet to be shipped. Hello!
I purchased an item a couple of months ago and it hasn't even been shipped by the seller.
When I try to reach customer support, they ask me to select the product I'm contacting them for, but they don't show it among the options. I suspect they only show the very recent purchases and not the older ones.
So here I am, paid for something that wasn't even shipped and the seller never responded to my messages.
What can I do to solve this?

Unfortunately, you waited too long. You are protected for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date. Below is what we advise Buyers in that regard. For this transaction you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
