Never received an item ebay told me to contact seller i have done that twice and had no response
Seller never responded to the fact I didn't receive an item after looking at reviews this isn't the first time.. what is he still doing on ebay as a seller?

If enough buyers file disputes, Ebay will curtail the seller's ability to sell on Ebay.
