Never received an item
Summary: sua822 reported not receiving an item they purchased, despite being informed it was delivered. The seller's response suggested checking with USPS, as they use certified tracking and claimed the package's delivery was verified by GPS location. sua822 is seeking assistance with resolving the issue as it has been two weeks since the notification of delivery.
Hello.
I received an email back on September 14th saying that the item I purchased was delivered, but I never received the item. I contacted the seller and this is their response:
Hi Nelson,
The seller has responded.
Seller’s message: "Hello, Sorry there is an issue with USPS. Your order is certified as delivered. All items are sent with Certified Tracking just for this reason. Your package has a unique Barcode that could not have been scanned as delivered unless the package was physically present. The package was certified as delivered by the carrier and the Barcode was scanned. In addition, all USPS scans log the GPS location of the address delivered to when they scan the Barcode. So, your local USPS office knows exactly where the package went. Please check with your USPS office. Or easiest, check with your USPS carrier that delivers to you every day as they are the person that Certified Delivery to you. Please advise if there are any further issues. Unfortunately, more can not be done from this end as the package is certified as delivered to you. Thank you. Sherry "

Mentor1 week agoI have no idea what certified tracking means, anyway, where is the USPS tracking# that shows delivered? If you have proof, it was not delivered to your address, you need to upload that into the case.
And if that fails, you can try PayPal or do a chargeback with your funding source.
