Never received an item
Hi,
I just realized I never received an item and never got a refund. The item was purchased in March of 2023. Is it still possible to get a refund for this item even though it was so long ago ?

No. You must file a claim with eBay within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Some credit card will help for up to 180 days, but no one can help you after almost 3 years.
