Never received an item. The tracking shows it was never delivers. Cannot reach the seller. E- bay closed the case . There is not an option to appeal with the order. eBay says it is not covered by money back guarantee. How to track someone with in eBay ????

If the item wasn't covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you can try filing a charge back on your credit card.
