Never receive items purchased again and again. Ebay fail to refund .

Question

I have encounter items fail to deliver to me after purchase, seller either never respond nor mention nothing to do with them since the shipping manage by Ebay appointed shipping contractor. I am being told that I have to bear the lost again and again. Can Ebay buying platform be trusted or just another scam.

I am buyer station in SG. Anyone can advise?

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you do not receive the item you purchased on Ebay, you can file a Refund Request as soon as the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours.

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
