Never had problem before. when it says "print label" the message is gray and the label doesn't show
THis is kind of crazy. I've not had a problem ever before printing a label once buyer has paid. I think I"ve clicked on all appropriate links--"purchase mailing label" --that seems fine but the "print" option remains that gray color meaning inaccessible...not sure what to do. This pkg is going to Guam.
