Never got product
I ordered 2 products from different sellers a few weeks ago. I only got one of them.
The crazy thing is that when I checked my purchases, that order number doesn’t exist. So, I can’t check the status of the second product. When I go to my eBay account purchases, it doesn’t show either product.
what do I need to do?
I just want my money back.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible you were not signed in when you made the purchase?
Copy this link, then sign out. Use the link while signed out to see if you have a guest purchase, and when it is estimated to arrive.

If no guest purchase and it is not in your purchase history, you need to ask customer service for assistance.

To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

 
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
If yo still don't see the link, wait a while and try again - the link disappears when the queue is full.
