Never got my package
I´ve purchased a spare part for my cart from a well known Ebay Seller in the US. It never came to my door here in Mexico. Here´s what I have already done:
I Tracked the package until the date it was supposed to be delivered.
Suddendly the package appeared at Ebay site as delivered. It wasnt.
I´ve sent a message to the courrier service "Mail Americas" asking for my package and they answered me they were sorry the package IS NOT going to be delivered, and that they were going to send a compensation to the "Ecommerce platform"
I´ve sent a message to EBAY asking for help, and they said the case is closed, since they have received a delivery.
I have sent a message to this forum, and someone recommended me to ask for help with a mentor. And this is what I am doing right now. What can I do ? Thanks.
