NEVER GOT MY ITEM I PAID FOR

i paid for and item i never received, in MY EBAY i saved the listing ,i bought from SMILE GOOD12 with a 99 percent rating.. i never even saw the purchase on my ebay however the listing page i saved said " YOU BOUGHT THIS ITEM".. i wrote the seller and it went to a user named Okidosis,so they must be using TWO different names? i asked about the bearings and they are saying i never bought from them even thought when i sent the message it went to them,i dont understand why the are using two different user names???
but when i sent eh message they said " we have this sorted out" whatever that meant???? bottom line i payed for the item and never got it? can you hael me with this,i have been an ebayer from many years and have always been honest... please let me know what to do....... thank you

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

If not, you may need to contact eBay directly for help locating that transaction.
The seller username is okidokis (note spelling) and the store name is smile good12.
