Never got a refund
Unfortunately, I sent the item back, saw that they received it and then I got hacked took a long weeks to get everything straightened out and about of personal things happened and realized too late that I never got a refund and it was too late for eBay to get involved. I contacted the seller but haven’t heard anything. Is there any way around this with eBay or am I out $700?

Mentor2 years ago@sanopar_0. If you paid using PayPal then file a return request on there for a not as described item but use the same tracking number that shows delivery back to the seller.
Or contact your bank or credit card about a chargeback. Again provide proof it was returned.
