NEVER GOT 2 ITEMS
I never hit 2 items that were put in a community mail area as the shipper USPS ignored my specific instructions to put these items outside my front door. All if this is well dicumented - yet the EBAY machine does not want to issue me refunds totalling $67. Yet I am a Top star buyer and over the years have bought over 3.000 items abd soent over $30,000! EBAY is a total scamster and fraudster for not returning and refunding my $67!

Ebay is not responsible for the carrier not following your instructions.
(What's a "top star" buyer?)
