I'm not writing to ask for help because customer service made me lose almost $400 by not handling my previous case properly. Even after I sent proof that the seller used a fake USPS tracking number, they still didn't help me. Then I notified them that another seller was going to scam me because it said the package was shipped without a tracking number, and they never responded to my messages. And that was exactly what I thought; it was a scammer. The package never arrived, and I had to contact the payment provider for assistance, but they never responded to PayPal either. In short, eBay is a good platform, but it has a lot of scammers.
