Neutral or Neg fb advice
This is a posting ID. I bought an item where the seller listed a vestas 2XL/3XL, but which got delayed in the mail so much that when I contacted him he sent another vest, but asked me to close the case first, which smartly I did not do. I received the first vest so far only but the size was wrong - it was XL instead. He then confirmed no 2XL existed, and had the audacity/gall to suggest to me that XL should be large enough to fit. I find that slightly insulting. eBay had to step in, ruled in my favor and courtesy refund without return. Would you leave neutral or negative? He already has 3 negatives and 2 neutrals in the past year for all sorts of issues, except non-receipt. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Because you filed a dispute ebay's auto feedback will not be left after 7 days of the buyer receiving the item, and you can leave what ever feedback you like.

Yes, I would. There are two alternatives: 1) to leave feedback, or 2) to not leave feedback. In the past I would have chosen to leave no feedback at all, but not any more. Now, you must leave a neutral or negative. Because, eBay has started leaving positive feedback when the buyer hasn't left any.
