Neutral feedback removed. Why should I stay here?
Why does a seller get to remove my neutral feedback? This seller sold me something as mint, that was clearly refurbished and not anywhere near mint. Including the words "functions properly", it had obvious mechanical issues. "no defects with the optics" large smudges on the internal components noticeable in view, and mismatched paint job. Now, the refund was easy and complete but I left neutral feedback because the ad is VERY misleading, there's a whole ring of these Japanese sellers selling similar, not mint, refurbed products all over eBay most with perfect reviews. What is the point of the review process if they can easily be removed? There has to be something better.
