Neutral feedback left after 30 days, but totally inaccurate regarding the actual item.
SO...I get 2 neutral feedbacks today for items sold over 30 days ago. The feedback described something that was not even in my item description or photo...but now I cant get it revised or removed as it is over 30 days old. Is my only option now to BLOCK this lame buyer??
