Neutral Feedback disappeared.
The seller hijacked a seller ad on Amazon and used it on ebay. The Amazon ad was for a name brand product. I received by Amazon Prime a lesser valued product. The seller on ebay had it sent as a gift. Ebay seller made $3+ by substituting a product of lesser quality. I left a neutral rating for the transaction. The seller said he would send the correct item and asked that the neutral rating be upgraded. Seller provided a bogus tracking number for a different person/transaction which shows on ebay as "received." The discourse with the seller disappeared in part. I am perplexed that the neutral rating disappeared as well as the ability to respond. The profile has the seller listed as in Bahrain but his ebay page has seller in Denver. It seems as if the seller has a way to compromise and alter the transaction.
