Neutral buyer feedback before giving me a chance to make things right
A buyer just received an item I packaged carefully and shipped promptly. She was unhappy with the product and immediately left a neutral review (saying that the product was stale or somehow refilled with a completely different scent) along with requesting a refund. I immediately agreed to the refund and requested she revise her review. No response. What surprises me is that she's a seller herself and would do this, without giving me a chance to make things right. I'm also bummed because this was my first non-positive review, after many years. I try my best to be accurate and fair to buyers (I am a buyer myself). Would eBay help me have her review removed, in light of my prior messages and history with the buyer? All of these things show that my intentions and actions were honorable.
