Buyer changed address from address listed with Ebay and now won't answer my email to confirm. Should I still ship it? Money is "pending" in my bank account

You are required to ship it to the address Ebay provides in order to keep your seller protection. The shipping address cannot be changed after the buyer has purchased & paid.
Tell the buyer to request that you cancel the transaction due to problem with buyer's address and when you relist the buyer can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address.
