Negotiated a price, buyer submits a an offer - it appears ebay automatically declined it...why?
Hi,
A buyer asked the minimum I would accept for purchasing 5 cameras. I indicated my amount and he submitted an offer. Somehow Ebay declined his offer (I didn't do anything). Why? And how can I get around this? thank you, Jack
