ONE MONTH AGO I PURCHASED SOME MICRO SD WITH THIS SELLER (DABOMB18 17731) THEY JUST SENT ADAPTERS NOT THE MICRO SD CARD. I'VE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY SEEMED TO IGNORE MY PLEA.

Why are you waiting? You have only 30 days from receipt to file a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing parts. Then no response by the fourth day, you go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this.
