Negative seller feedback

Question

Buyer closed case, after being offered refund for card possibly damaged in shipping. Wanted refund immediately before card was returned. Told him thatâ€™s not eBay policy. He left negative feedback and closed case. Heâ€™s running scam showing a picture of a fake 2017 Donruss rated rookie with damage. Taking the mint card I sent than sending negative feedback, closing the return and getting his money refunded by eBay and keeping my mint card.

Report the buyer. There is a blue "Report a buyer" button on the help page below:

You should only report a buyer if you think theyâ€™re violating policies. Here are a few examples of when to report a buyer:

The buyer is demanding something that wasnâ€™t offered in the original listing
You believe the buyer is making a false claim
You believe the buyer is misusing the eBay Money Back Guarantee or the returns system
Theyâ€™ve asked you to complete a sale off eBay
Theyâ€™re abusing the bid retraction process, repeatedly bidding and then retracting bids
Theyâ€™re messaging you more than what would be considered normal, with no intention of buying the item
