Negative review missing

I bought an item, it was very poor when I received it, and I tried to contact the seller 4x after purchase (seller replied to messages before purchase). I left a negative review, it appeared, but I just looked on EBay and it is gone and it shows 100% positive reviews for this seller.

Does Ebay allow a seller to remove a negative review?

-eBay has a Feedback removal process in place and Sellers can submit a Feedback for their consideration for removal. If Feedback violates their policy it will be removed. There are other unknown factors they take into consideration as well but we do not know all of their criteria.

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
