Negative review from seller
The buyer of shoes purchased from me left a Negative feedback claiming she never received the package. I reached out to the buyer asking why she did not contact me. She replied (para phrasing), "Sorry, I should have. This has happened to me before from USPS. I should have checked my mail when the package was delivered but didn't. Sorry about that." I then checked the tracking number with USPS and it showed the package was delivered and placed in the mailbox. I replied to the buyer stating the info I got from the tracking number. I then wrote that because of her Negative feedback, my rating went from 100% to 90%, and asked for she would please retract her feedback, and I supplied her with the tracking number. Her reply was, "OK." I reached out to eBay asking them to please retract the Negative feedback. The reply from them was that they would not remove it due to it did not violate eBay's policy, and that it would not affect my rating. However, it DID affect my rating. From there, I then replied to the buyers feedback and wrote (again Para phrasing) that the package was delivered, the buyer did not check her mailbox when it was delivered, and the buyer did not contact me. I would like to ask if there is anything else I can do to regain my 100% rating?
