negative ratings and blocking
I received a negative rating on an item on which i received great feedback. I don't know why I got the negative rating. I tried 3 times to communicate with the buyer, but the buyer won't respond. I filed a revision request 3 days ago and have heard nothing. If I understand eBay rules correctly, the bidder can just not respond for 10 days and my request just dies. The bidder keeps bidding. I would like to block the bidder, but assume the bidder will give me more negative feedback when blocked. I feel trapped. What can I do?

Mentor3 years agoNever send (use up) a Feedback Revision Request, unless the buyer has already agreed to use it.
Looks like buyer just click the wrong button. If he doesn't respond you might ask ebay to look at it.
