Negative Rating w/ Positive Comment EBay wont Remove
The buyer erroneously sent a negative rating with a very positive comment and apologized. She has yet to modify the rating. (Ive been on EBay since 1998 and never had a negative before, so Im a bit
obsessed with having it corrected)
I asked EBay to remove and my request was denied saying policy was not violated.
Suggestions please... ???
