negative rating posted
My friend posted a negative rating by mistake. He was trying to say the post office didn't deliver it, he didn't realize it the negative was directed at the sellers. He tried to revise it and it said he couldn't

The seller has to send you the feedback revision request. Do you mean the seller said it wasn't allowed? Or did you respond to the request and the system said not allowed?
How long ago did your friend leave the negative feedback? If it's been more than 60 days after you received the item, you won't be able to revise the feedback.
