Negative feedbacks
I am pretty sure I have negatives on my record that are OVER a year. How can I contact Ebay to look into this? They should have dropped off by now.

Click Reply next to the feedback, and you'll be able to see the date the feedback was left. Then close the window.

Go to your feedback page. Click the reply link on the far right on one you think is over a year old. The reply screen shows the actual feedback date.
If it is more than 12 months and a few days, then ask customer service to submit a tech support ticket about them not rolling out of your 12 month feedback.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay
To speak to customer service, use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
