Negative feedback to wrong seller.
I haven’t been on eBay to sell for about 8 months to 1 year , I’m getting back to it and I noticed negative feedback that a buyer posted on my store but he messaged me that it was the wrong seller it wasn’t meant for me , it was meant for someone else. This was 6 months ago and I just noticed it. How do I resolve this issue ? Having this will steer potential buyers from purchasing from me.?! So what do I do here ?

Mentor1 year agoI do not see any negative feedback being shown on this account. Even if there was negative feedback it is too late to have it removed. The buyer who left the feedback can leave a comment saying that it was left in error if they want to.
