Negative Feedback Retracted in writing on Ebay but not done thru Ebay's email to buyer. How to fix?
A buyer misunderstood my listing and gave me a scathing negative review. Once I saw it, I reached out to the buyer and asked why he did not contact me to work it out. He said he does this to get peoples attention from past experiences. I refunded the guy, he sent it back but he did not do the formal EBAY process via email to retract his negative review. He wrote nice stuff about me under his negative review but my perfect score took a hit.
How can I get my score back to it's original 100. The possitive feedback is retracted in writing but not on my official rating.

The only way you can revise feedback is send a "feedback revision request". The link below explains how the seller can do that.

Please be sure your buyer is willing to revise it before you send the request because you only get 5 revision requests per year and the buyer only has 10 days to complete the revision

OP1 year agoThe buyer said he would remove the negative feedback. What he did was add additional positive feedback and the 10 days is over. I did not leave him feedback yet, should I do the same to him?
