Negative Feedback Removal on case favored for seller
After repeated calls with ebay agents my problem is not resolved. As a seller I was at no fault on a purchase that buyer claimed was defective it worked fine. The case was a Ebay money back guarantee in favor of seller however the buyer left negative feedback and I am having a hard time getting it removed. According to their policy it is to be removed immediately. Any help would be appreciatedĀ
