Negative Feedback Removal If you offer Free Returns
Can someone offer me some clarification on the Negative Feedback Removal? I thought I understood that if the buyer left negative feedback and you offered free returns eBay would remove the negative feedback. I have just the basic store and I offer free returns. I asked for removal and it was denied. I just want an understanding of this policy moving forward. Thanks for any assistance. Hope everyone is having a great day and Happy Holidays. Tenna10
