Negative Feedback Removal - Going Round and Round With No Results
A buyer left me negative feedback, but for something I did not sell to them. Clearly, the feedback for was something else. I requested the buyer revise the feedback. No response was received, and feedback was not revised.
I requested feedback removal by ebay, and was told there was nothing against any feedback policy, so it can't be changed.
What is my recourse?
